A week long Tuscan Fitness Retreat with Yoga, relaxation, exercise, healthy eating and self-awareness.
Choose your own arrival data and spend a week in a one of a kind retreat that combines relaxation with rejuvenating exercise and delicious, healthy food. Join our daily yoga and HIIT sessions or relax by the pool. Play a game of tennis or go on a hike in the Tuscan woods. We have guests that join us for a single night and others that stay for 4 weeks and even more. We’re a unique retreat where you can practice yoga, exercise, eat well and relax in your own way.

Tuscan Fitness Team
Elske and Olaf are two of our amazing teachers, with years of experience teaching and understanding bodies. They are both massage therapists as well as teachers giving them a deeper understanding of the human body which allows for a practice that enables comfort and growth.
