Ideal for a getaway that combines relaxation with rejuvenating exercise and delicious, healthy food. You decide when to arrive and how long to stay. We have guests that join us for a single night and others that stay for 4 weeks and even more. Join our daily yoga and HIIT sessions or relax by the pool. Play a game of tennis or go on a hike in the Tuscan woods. We can plan breaks in your program and book excursions to make your stay a one of a kind retreat to practice yoga, exercise, eat well and become more self-aware.

Elske and Olaf are two of our amazing teachers, with years of experience teaching and understanding bodies. They are both massage therapists as well as teachers giving them a deeper understanding of the human body which allows for a practice that enables comfort and growth.
