A 4 night Tuscan Fitness retreat full of relaxation, yoga, healthy eating and self-awareness.
A unique getaway that combines relaxation with rejuvenating exercise and delicious, healthy food. Having flexible enrollment, we don’t run retreats on set dates. Instead, you choose your own arrival date. We have guests that join us for a single night and others that stay for 4 weeks and even more. Join our daily yoga and HIIT sessions or relax by the pool. Play a game of tennis or go on a hike in the Tuscan woods. Book excursions, practice yoga, exercise, eat well and relax.
