Hosted at the jungle sanctuary of Luna Vida Adventures, you’ll stay surrounded by lush rainforest, rivers, and waterfalls—an immersive environment that invites you to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover your sense of play.

This retreat is about stepping away from the noise of everyday life and returning to what matters: movement, nature, laughter, and authentic connection.

Daily Movement & Morning Rituals

Each day begins with grounding practices designed to connect you to your body and the natural world.

Morning sessions may include:

  • Yoga on an open-air jungle deck

  • Guided meditation or breathwork

  • Sunrise walks through the rainforest

  • Journaling and intention setting

Starting the day this way helps reset your nervous system and sets the tone for a powerful day ahead.


2. Wild Costa Rican Adventures

Joyride is designed to awaken your sense of adventure. During the retreat you’ll explore some of Costa Rica’s most beautiful natural landscapes.

Experiences may include:

  • Surf lessons on the Pacific coast

  • White water rafting through jungle rivers

  • Hiking to hidden waterfalls

  • Swimming in natural pools

  • Exploring rainforests and wildlife

Each adventure is guided by experienced local guides and designed for all experience levels.
